ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
- Check-in
- Between 16:00-23:00
In any case you will arrive after 23:00, please let us know.
If no contact, the reservation will be NO-SHOW(cancellation without permission)
- Check-out
- At 10:00AM
In case of check-out after 10am, the charge will be 1000yen per hour.
- Limit of age/ kids
- Kids 17 years old AND under are not allowed to stay
- Pet
- Pets are not allowed to stay.
- Identification
- Please understand that there is a case we make sure the identification at the time of reservation,
- In case deliver package to our guest house
- We have a service of receiving package by home delivery service before your arrival.
In case you will send some package, please state your check-in date and your name on the invoice(slip).
If there is no name stated on the slip, we are sorry but we cannot keep your package.
- Is it possible to stay only with female?
- Yes, it is possible.
- We also have dormitory room only for female, you can stay there safely.
- Is it possible to stay without reservation on that day?
- If there is vacancy in our hostel, you can stay with us.
But there are many dates with full reserved, Kindly recommend you to make a reservation in advance.
CANCELATION POLICY AND NON-ARRIVALS

Cancellation 2&1 days before: 100% of cost
Cancellation on the day reserved: 100% of cost
Please understand in case of No-show/no contact will be 100% of cost.
SERVICE AND FACILITIES
- Parking
- There is no parking space for hostel but there is pay parking lot near our hostel.
- Smoking
- All our facility and rooms are non-smoking.
- Violations will result in fines.
- Curfew
- There is no curfew.
In case you will arrive late, keep your noise level down so that you don’t wake other guests. - We are not responsible for trouble between guests..
- Luggage keep
- Free of charge in the luggage storage area in comunity space.
We can not take any responsibility for theft or damage. - Coin lockers are also available.
- Amenity set
- We offer body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer for free.
We are also renting iron at front desk for free.
Other amenities are also available for sale or rent, please feel free to ask us for more information.
- WiFi.
- Free WiFi everywhere in our facility and rooms.
